Halloween II - Shots Fired
In the beginning of Halloween II, a prelude from Halloween I is given. This whole scene was actually reshot for the second film. The slipup is that Dr. Loomis tells the sheriff that he shot Michael Myers 6 times, though when you count the shots fired, there are seven bangs. In the first one there are only 6 shots fired, but since the sencond was done over that mistake was made. That is probably one of the biggest goofs in the movie. Someone needs learn how to count.

In this one you say the first one only has six shots, but under your listing for the first one you say you can here seven shots. I've counted them before, but can't remember. It has to be one or the other. But I know what you mean.
