Near the end of the movie when they are going after the F5 tornado, the tanker truck comes crashing to the ground and explodes in to a ball of flames. At the moment before impact, Helen Hunt is sitting on the right, passenger side of the truck and the window is down. The next shot is from the outside and shows the truck swerving and going through the edge of the flames. However, the passenger side window is up. The scene after that, the window is back down.
