In the safari scene where Robert Redford and Meryl Streep are talking at the table, he is peeling a piece of fruit and there are two other pieces of fruit in the bowl next to him. Then they cut to Meryl, then back to him and there is only one piece in the bowl. After another cut back, there are two pieces in the bowl again.
If you look, when the fruit disappears, Robert Redford actually has the missing fruit in his hand and the fruit he was peeling is gone. Yet one more example of a slipup in a scene filmed over a long time.
