When Arnie, Sarah and John have escaped from the hospital they go to a deserted garage. The next day Arnie and John get a car and pull up outside the garage and Sarah prepares to get into the car. Arnie says " we need to get far away as possible" Sarah says " well head south" as she opens the door to get into the car you can see in the windows reflection the camera crew.
