In the portion of the film where Obi-Wan, C-3PO, R2-D2, and Luke enter Mos Eisley and they are stopped by storm troopers, watch the troopers in back of the land speeder. After Obi-Wan says "Move Along" the movie cuts to a shot of the land speeder and all of the troopers are gone except the one that was speaking.
