In what version of the movie did you notice this ?? In my version (DVD region 2) there are 5 jets both before and after they fly under the bridge.

Only five go under the bridge. But... If you follow the airstrike from the
beginning then you see that there are 5 planes. A little later when the
planes are shown in the sky going to the target we see 6 planes. And again
a little later in a scene with the bridge there are 5 planes again! I guess
1 plane that joined on the way finally chickened out!
