On there, when you see the girls hair fell completely and she is sitting on the floor, you see the black girl backs up and you see a reflection of her in the mirror and then she turns her head to our right and then a split second after she turns it, then you see her reflection turn the head... Her head turns first, then the reflection in the mirror's head turns.
Obviously, Rachelle was feeling remorse for what she had done to the girl, thus her image of herself was distorted, and they expressed that through a 'backwards reflection' in the mirror. The delay was only to draw the viewers' attention to the reflection... obviously intentional.
This is supposed to happen in the movie. If you also notice that when you look in the mirror you see your face, yet when Richolle looked in she saw her face then the back of her head. This is all because of the Craft.
That part was obviously supposed to be there. The whole thing where it everything will come back to you. It meant that she was not in the right. Kinda like when people say they can't even bear to look themselves in the mirror when they are ashamed, its the same thing just with witchcraft.
Uhm, I think it has to do with this very old wifes tales... They use to say that a Witch could only see herself reversed in the mirror... Sorta like the vampires have no reflection tale. Blessed Be
