Watch the scene in Cloud City when Han is wrestled into a cell by two Stormtroopers. Watch the guy on the right - Han almost pulls his helmet off! It's funny watching him salvage his dignity.
The people I have to put up with! The slip-up is that the stormtrooper's helmet was not supposed to come off at all! Do you think that it was intentional? Did you think that stormtroopers try to mess up the movies? Sheesh.

Also because the actor cant see properly with his helmet missaligned
he almost walks into the wall trying to find(guess)the doorway!

What!? Do you think that storm troopers are stuck in their uniforms 24/7 and that they never come off? That's dumb. It would be like saying that you can't take off the uniform (or whatever) that you where to work... so just because his helmet almost fell off doesn't indicate a slip-up.
