There's one that a nine-year-old girl found, it's been on the news recently. In one bit, Crouch is speaking, but he's been missing for a while and returns later in the book. The girl wrote to the publishers, who said they'll change it in the next version.
OK, let me clear this up for everybody. The chapter is Chapter 35, "Veritaserum". The spoken line is: "The Imperius Curse," *Moody* said. "I was under my father's control. I was forced to wear an Invisibility cloak day and night………"
If in your version of the book, they use the correct name, that's because your book was printed after the error was found.. I read the error was found and the books made thereafter were corrected
Crouch is speaking. His son actually telling ofhow he came to fake his death etc etc. The younger Crouch is speakin of how his father smuggled him out of Azkaban and drank the Pollyjuice til she died and then was buried with his face.
Dumbledore asks him "And what did your father do with you when he had got you home?
The younger Crouch says that his father staged his mom's death, had a private funeral, and that e had to be concealed nd controlled. THe older Crouch had to use a number of sells to subdue the yonger one. The younger Crouch says that whenhe recovered his strength, he thought only of finding Volemart.
Then Dumbledore asks the youner Crouch how his father subdued him, to which he replies on the 4th line "The Imperius Curse..." So they didn't mess up.
