This is the scene right after Batman visits Chase Meridian in her bedroom. Two-Face and Riddler are reading the newspaper about Batman getting out alive from the subway explosion. Riddler reaches down with his left hand and pulls a vial containing Bruce Wayne's "thoughts" from his boot. When the scene switches to a close-up, the vial is now in his right hand.
