Go to the near end of the episode, where the town is singing, "Good Morning Starshine". The view pans across the town members, and you can see Scully and Chewbacca each in pink t-shirts. Next, we can see a top view of the townspeople. In it, Scully is drawn wearing her blue coat, and Chewy seems to be drawn wearing a brown coat. They did not have these on with the t-shirts, and had no time whatsoever to put them on. I am wondering, where did their t-shirts go?
