In the scene where we first see the T-rex, a goat's leg lands on the top of the car. In the scene after that, the goat leg is gone. Then comes back again.
The goat leg does disappear but not until he hits the car and then it never returns. It is always there but moves out of view and then back. The blood is washed away by the rain.
