First, watch the episode real or robots? Watch for the part when Stu puts the kids in bed right after seeing that robot movie. When Stu says " good night Chucky. Your mom and dad will pick you up tomarrow." The problem with that is Chucky dosn't have a mom. Well, not till Rugrats in Paris. Sorry Chucky.
Whoever wrote the script should have checked that! In the mother's day episode, Chuckie remembers his mom, but she wasn't around much longer than when he was an infant. (maybe 1-2 months)
There's another episode where Chucky is trying to summon courage, and he finally says: "No one's gonna stop me, not my mom, not my dad,. . ." They definitely didn't think this through.
Darcy-Monkey, you're wrong because if you read the slip-up you can see that stu puts tommy in bed before he even goes to bed so how can stu be sleepwalking. I wonder what chuckys mom will look like
Well, in Rugrats in Paris, Chucky does get a mom, like all of you stated...But, about teh other comment asking about what does she look like, dont read this if you dont want it spoiled. :

Lol, Nickeloden isn't very smart, because we found a Rugrats in Paris storybook at the book store. Guess they have lost a Rugrats in Paris Viewer... :P

Now they blur out the mother's face, but it's kind of obvious that she is Chuckie's mom because
1. They say "meet Kimmy, the newest rugrat" and why would she be Chuckie's new sister if her mother hadn't married Chaz
2. Kimmy says that she always wanted a little brother on the ad
3. You can still see it's an asian woman walking down the aisle
4. Ask any little kid who saw it and they'll tell you
Also, there's one episode that shows solid proof that Chas is single: "My Friend Barney". The quote is:
Chas: Wow! My old fish! Your mother never liked this fish, but, now that she's gone, I guess we can put it back up!
