At the beginning of the movie... Gabriel and Thomas are walking to their house from hunting and see a Post Rider. (i.e. mailman) Thomas starts running to the house and his hat blows off. Gabriel continues walking past Thomas' dropped hat, yet in a scene closer to the house Gabriel has Thomas' hat in his hand. Hmmm... Gabriel must have gone back to get it.
