There seems to be a common problem or an asphyxiation to this scene. Allready 3 out of 4 slipups happened in this first part of the film. Wow. I think this might not be the director's fault. Maybe Brad or the babe (can't remember her name, only her face) couldn't stop laughing and they had to redo the scene 3 times or something.
I'm apalled that such a star studded movie has so many errors in the very first scene. Maybe they did the coffee shop scene last and everyone was tired and rushing. You'd expect these type of bloopers in a B movie, not a box office hit. Although, I don't think this was such a hit was it?
