although you cant clearly see that its a car, its obvious that its not a horse, a chipmunk, or a running midget. its way too fast and too big to be any of those things, as the only logical explanation for this.

I found the cars. They are in the far background as Ben rides away. There are only two, and they pass by fairly quickly. Though they could be something else, they do look like cars because how they move smoothly and quickly.
