Go to the jungle scene where Xenia has Bond between her legs. If you look very, very close, you will see Bond is actually on lying on his back on a stool. (Best seen with the DVD edition.)
Another little thing I've found on the GoldenEye DVD: after he jumps off of the dam, when the camera changes just for a microsecond (just long enough to pause it and laugh) you can see at the top of the dam a crane, a white truck, and lots of people with cameras and just standing there :)
