When Dr Everest is saying to Riff Raff that he thinks he's allright, he has no stocking on, but when they have just got out of the house and the Dr is lying on his mushed wheel chair, he has stockings on

I think you need to watch it again. He has stockings on from the beginning of the Floor show. I have seen it 251 times and this Saturday will make 252. We have a local theater that shows it every Saturday night.

Umm, he does miss one of the stockings. When he is still in the back, one of his legs doesn't have it on. It is for a little while, so you have to pay attention, even if you have seen it 251 times.

I'm sorry , but yes, he uses his legs. come on now, it's the Rocky Horror Picture Show, if you make light on one implausible detail, why even enjoy the movie? Under his blanket over his legs, at the end while the 4 characters have done their dances Dr. Von Scott (though of course it would be pronounced to sound like "Fun") sits in his wheelchair rolling about with his right leg kicking, and might I say, it is quite the lovely leg.

In the script it says and I Quote "The wind machine blows the blanket from DR. SCOTT's lap and we see legs, stockings and a suspender belt. As in a Miracle he can walk again." so that is how he can move his legs As for his name it is both Dr. Everett Scott and Dr. Von Scott.
