Lethal Weapon 4 - Car Is Damaged Before Collision

About 1.10 in the film, there is a carchase, and Glover and Gibson crash with a trailer.

But what you can see in a very short time before the collision, is that the car already got

the damages you expect it got in the collision. It didn't have that damages in the

cuts before. Maybe they had to shoot the collision two times?!
