In the scene where the Russian mobsters are shooting up Willie's "establishment", a bottle falls and breaks in a chair in front of Elwood and Mighty Mack (they are hiding under a table.)

When the bottle falls, the chair is standing up. After the camera goes to a shot of mobsters and then goes back to a shot of Elwood and Mack, the chair is on it's side, with no glass on it. The camera moves away then back, the chair is back upright with the broken glass.
