At the end of the movie, when they rip up the contract and throw it in the air, there is a second "batch" of ripped up paper thrown afterwards. It's obvious that the contract could not have produced so much ripped paper.
Perhaps the contract had a carbon copy underneath it and when he tore it the second page (copy) separated from the first one thus creating the second batch. A little far fetched perhaps but a possibility :)
