During the subway rescue scene, a guy sacrificed his life to save the driver of that train. He gradually melted into lava. It looks identical to the terminator’s melting in Terminator 2. Anyone has ever made barbecue should know no matter how hot it is, meat never melt. The guy should catch on fire and burn.
I agree. The first time I saw this I thought WHAT???????? This guy isn't the wicked witch of the west and that's not a bucket of water! At the very least his clothes should have caught fire. Oh what a world, what a world!
and any how the moment he touched the lava he would have went into shock from the emense pain of melting, if thats possible, and when he went into shock he'd drop the driver thus dyeing in vain.
OK, if the lava will melt metal and is made of melted rock then it will definitely melt bone. And skin and other body parts are no problem for it either. Imagine a leather bag full of water then throw it into a furnace. The water will evaporate and cause the bag to shrink until it burns up. Our body is made of over 80% water and water evaporates at a much much much lower temp than lava, so i would imagine that this melting man really could work.
i never thought he was melting. i thought that the lava was rising. i mean, it was flowing through the subway maybe it was getting a bit higher and higher, plus he could have bent his knees. i know if my legs are burning i would bend down real quick.
