Brian (Tom Cruise) and Doug go out onto Doug's boat (outside of Doug's new club). They are talking and drinking brandy. During this scene Brian takes a picture of Doug. Immediately before and immediately after the photo is taken you see Doug sitting on the couch with his elbows on his knees and holding his glass of brandy with both hands. Later in the scene you see the photo, in the photo Doug is on the couch leaning back with one leg up and the brandy in one hand, his arms are stretched out to either side of him. He does sit like this in that scene but only after the photo is taken of him!
