Near the end of the battle for the bridge, when the sargeant, after firing the bazooka, is running across the bridge a camera man and assistant can be seen in the lower right hand corner of the screen.
I dont believe you. Speilberg is too smart and proffesional to let a thing like that go. I have seen the film 5 times and never noticed that. Don't you think an assistant wearing normal clothes (or something), not camouflage would be have been obvious to Speilberg the perfectionist? Now dont tell me that was an eegg (go to www.eeggs.com for more info). OH, NOW I REMEMBER, didn't you all see the guy wearing the Nike T-shirt?

Spielberg, a perfectionist? He lent his name to Gremlins, for crying out loud. Even E.T., a masterpiece in my book, has some of the lamest child acting ever spared from the cutting room floor.
This most definitely is a slip up. I saw the same thing on the HBO version. When my family got home and I told them about it we pulled out the VCR copy and it wasn't there. I had to tape the HBO version to prove I wasn't going nuts!
