Cutting Edge, The - Wrong Costume

When Doug and Kate are practising the Pamchencko Twist and Kate hits her shoulder and falls on the ice. Her leotard is blue with yellow and pink stripes. It cuts back to Doug and then back to Kate trying to get up. Her leotard is now blue with black and pink stripes instead.

They intentionally use the different outfits to show the passage of time without having to interrupt the flow of the movie to explain that they practice a lot over the course of many weeks.; 15 of 6576 found this helpful.
