This is in the first scene that shows Gillian and Sally as adults, when Sally is saying how she's afraid she'll never see Gillian again. Gillian cuts both of their palms with a knife. After that, she hugs Sally with the cut palm flat on Sally's back, but when she removes it, there is no blood or anything left behind.
