In the part where Ash kills the guy that came with the new group, you can see that green blood soaks everything from the walls to the mounted deer's head. A second later it shows everything dry and no sign on the green blood!
I know that they shouldn't have done this, but with the amount of blood that flies throughout the course of the movie would make the cabin look ridiculous with all of it. Note that the same thing happens when Ash cuts off his hand, when the blood comes out of the walls, "Billy Bob" is killed in the cellar, just to mention a few.
