The slip-up is near the begin of the movie when the credits are still rolling. The cameraman is following a jogging Kate Capshaw around Loblolly-By-the-Sae (the movie's town). At one point Kate jogs by a shop window. If you watch carefully and pause at the right moment you can see the cameraman's reflection in the shop window.
