Dogma - The Headless Voodoo Doll

In the Board Room when Loki and Bartleby introduce themselves to the board, Matt again messes up. He accidently cuts the head off the onion voodoo doll. When he stands up the next moment though the voodoo doll miraculously regenerated it's head. He's an Angel not Alanis. Jeez.

UltraMoogleMan writes:: I don't know if this is limited to the wide-screen side of the original Dogma DVD or not, but when the camera is aiming at Loki/Matt carving the voodoo doll on the couch, you can see all of the peeled-off onion rings. Of course, it goes without saying that it would have to be a pretty big hard-boiled egg for it to be nearly the size of a baseball when Loki/Matt tosses it into the air and catches it after getting out of the truck.; 15 of 6576 found this helpful. emily writes:: I watched that part 3 times and I think that it is just the angle.Loki cuts off a chunk of the onion and from the angle he is holding it, it looks like the head is cut off but really the whole head is still there. And even if he did cut off the head it would have been sooooooooooooooo obvious that they would have never put it in the movie.; 15 of 6576 found this helpful. Did you?
