Towards the end, when Craig's wife is chasing Maxine through Malkovich's self-consious, Maxine "falls" into a school bus through the emergency exit in the roof. When she is coming through, you can clearly see a person's hand holding onto her dress and helping her through. Even the editors should have seen this one!
