This error occurs in the episode where Jill leaves Tims hot rod out in the snow storm. Al leaves the garage to sneak a sandwich. As Tim walks in, Al grabs a glass and puts a very small amount of water in it from the sink. The camera cuts and from the next view the glass is completely full! OOPS!
