When Danny and some other guy start messing around and punch each other until they hug, if you look closely ,the other guy's cigarette falls out of his ear. It's pretty easy to see.
Huh??? Who's this mysterious other guy? And what, are you saying he had his cigarette TUCKED behind his ear and it fell? What's the slipup there? Please explain! I suppose if I tucked a cigarette behind my ear and started "messing around" that my cigarette could also fall! Oops, I just checked, and yes, look! It fell!
The other guy is Kinicki - it's the scene (I think) where they are talking about racing at Thunder Road. Kinicki asks Danny to be his "second", or something like that....anyway, watch the movie.
The "other guy" here is Kenickie! How could you not know that if you watched the movie??? Kenickie, played by Jeff Conaway, is one of the lead actors, and I think that you should know his name before you criticize his work.
I agree, if he's gonna jump around like that, then surely his cigarette would fall out. and who's to say that he doesn't just put another one there, or pick it back up again!!
