In the Double Douces owner's office, the bartender (fired earlier by Dalton for stealing) tries to get his job back. He pulls a blade on Dalton, and during the struggle Dalton pops him in the face. You can see blood already on his nose before he gets tagged. SLOW-MO helps to see it but isn't necessary.

I noticed that too, I was just about to post it and tell the world. One more thing to look for, most of the other fight scenes (Esp the one on the loading dock with the bottles) are just like that. I hope someone lost a job over that one!
