At approximately the 2:00 mark Michael gets water from the dispenser at the prison. The dispenser give Michael very little water in the glass; it barely covers the bottom of the glass and definitely doesn't come up over the vertical internal supports of the glass. In the next scene we see him take a drink from a glass of water that is more than 1/2 full, and he has some to share with Bellick in a later scene.
