In the Voyager episode "Relativity" Capt. Janeway is recruited to fix the timeline incursions that Seven of Nine had created. After Capt. Janeway is teleported to Voyager in dry dock, in the past before they even left on their mission, she runs into B'Elana.....B'Elana shouldn't even be on the ship because they haven't been thrown into the Delta Quadrant by the Caretaker yet.
