Power Rangers: Lightspeed Rescue - To Morph, or Not to Morph
The second time Ryan falls of the cliff, he is walking away from Mitchell and the rangers, he decides he's not going to be a ranger, and throws his morpher to the ground. Later when he's talking to Diabolico, he is wearing his morpher again.
