Shortly after Logan is infused with the adamantium, he seeks refuge on the farm of the older couple. Agent Zero goes after him and a chase scene ensues with a helocopter & multiple Humvees in pursuit.

By the end of the movie, we learn that the events take place at the time of the Three Mile Island incident. This places the events in 1979. However, the Humvee was not in production until 1984. So there was no way those Humvees could have been in the chase scene.
