In Season 7, Episode 134 (Lorelei's First Cotillion), in the very first scene, Lorelei and Rory are shown getting out of the car in front of Richard and Emily's home. There is a very clear shot of the front entrance way including the front door, which shows no foliage whatsoever on the sides of the doorway. When the next scene begins, Lorelei and Rory are standing directly in front of the door and on both sides are full, abundant rose bushes, which would have obviously been seen from the previous shot.

This is also not the first time that the far away shot of Richard and Emily's home differs from the close up shot that follows!
