Ther are multiple scenes in the movie where the big red buttons on Chucky's suspenders keep disappearing and reappearing. When Andy first gets Chucky his buttons are gone. Then he has them until he's chasing Andy at the mental hospital when they dissappear. Then the scene where Chucky's talking to the witchdoctor, the buttons reappear, disappear, and then reappear again.
