In "What Kate Does", Justin is shot, but then 2 episodes later in "Lighthouse", it is revealed that he acted dead. Claire axes him dead. Then, later on, while Jin told Claire that he lied about Kate having Aaron, Justin moves very slowly. This guy seems to like faking his death.
