In season one, episode three, right after they're finished talking about the Volkswagen ad, Draper goes to his desk and picks up a folder. He begins glancing over the contents while talking to Pete. In one shot he closes it. The next shot, he's opening it again. Draper's wedding ring falls off, and he throws the folder onto his desk. In the next shot, he's holding it open and glancing through it again. When the shot changes again, he's picking it up, and then glancing through it.
