After a dramatic crash-em-up car chase with the NYPD, Salt manages to walk away -- as she leaves the scene, she casually steals a grey fur hat.

She has killed the Russian president, then escaped the police -- she MUST somehow leave NYC as soon as possible, of course!

In the next scene, she is on the Staten Island ferry wearing a poncho that has a fur collar that perfectly matches the fur hat she stole!

She took the time to go shopping before leaving NYC?!?
