Just prior to Lex escaping through the tunnel, she has the Alien head as a shield. While in the tunnel, she doesn't have the head and is holding into the sled with both hands. Immediately after being ejected from the tunnel, she has the head on her right hand. While running, the head is switched to the left hand and again back to the right hand.
