Seconds before Aragorn kills Gothmog, Gimli kills another orc by twisting his head right around with his axe. But if you look very closely, he doesn't twist his head around...he twists his body around. There is a split second cut from before Gimli "kills" him and after he "kills" him where you can see this failure.
