In the episode "Loathe And Marriage" where Carla's daughter Sarafina is getting married, Carla's ex-husband Nick approaches Kelly Boyd to invest in his orangutan act with a Knock-Knock joke. When his effort backfires the cameras go back to a scene of the bar where the production lighting is clearly visible at the top of the screen.
