In season 2 episode 4 at the 30:05 mark it goes from them talking in deans car with dean driving and Sam in the passenger seat and the next scene is of them driving pass the camera and if you pause it at exactly 30:05 you will notice that its not Sam in the passenger seat nor is it dean.
