At first, while Mia and Vincent are enjoying their dinner at the burger place, we see cars and pedestrians in the background behind Mia, all going in each direction. She makes a trip to the ladies' room. When she comes back and sits in the same spot, instead of outside traffic in the background, we see customers and restaurant staff.
