In the episode Redorating the Mertz's apartment after they finish painting the living room In the Mertz'z apartment Lucy rips apart a chair and takes out all the feathers from it then Fred comes in with a fan turns it on and blows the feathers all over! The next scene we see Ethel and Lucy a day or 2 later in different clothes up in Lucy's apartment and as they sit down on Lucy's new couch you can see a few feathers landing beside her.
