In the episode 'Deer Hunters' Rory gets a bad grade from Mr. Medina. In one scene Rory and Lorelai are talking about her grade when Rory mentions that she never got a D in her life. She clearly says "Even when I broke my arm i still got an A-."

Here's where I feel there's a slip up...

Later on in season 2's 'Teach Me Tonight', Rory and Jesse get into an accident and Rory fractures her wrist. Lorelai acts as like it's the end of the world when she finds out Rory got an x-ray and needs a cast. I know Lorelai was supposed to be upset over Jesse causing the accident, but I don't think she should have been so shocked by Rory's fracture. If Rory had broken her arm once before, that is much worse than a fractured wrist. So why did she make it seem like Rory had never been injured in her life? I definitely think this was a slip up.
