Dexter's Laboratory - No such thing...
Okay in this episode, Dee Dee tells Dexter that his bad day problems are astrological. She mentions that Dexter is a Capricorn and that the normal engery waves he recieves from Saturn that make him do well in science are being stolen by the moon, because of the "Celestial Lunation". I don't think there is a such thing as a Celestial Lunation. Plus Dee Dee is quite empty-headed, how would she have know something that would be considered astronomic as well as astrologic, and Dexter wouldn't being as much of a genius as he is?

Lunation is a celestial measurement. While the phrase "celestial lunation" is repetative, it's not incorrect. At least, no more incorrect or more of a slipup than "ATM machine" or "PIN number." As for how a ditzy person would know something that a genius doesn't...a lot of "spacey"/"ditzy" people know quite a bit about astrology. And since astrology isn't generally accepted as a valid science it's quite common for a genius to know nothing about it since he/she dismisses its validity (remember that just because someone is a genius doesn't mean they know everything).

I don't know, it seems like people shouldn't put slip ups for cartoons.
